I just graduated high school and am still figuring out what path I will follow as I start college in the fall. My passions in life are my writing, my photography and my friends. I also greatly enjoy theatre, acting, singing, dancing, I adore it all! xD My other interests include books (for what writer was not first a reader? :-D) as well as scrapbooking and having fun with my love and my friends. I write to express emotion in a way more eloquent than simple speech while I use my photography as an outlet to express everything- from emotion to sheer beauty to universal concepts. I seek to inspire others through my own viewpoint in an artist's way which surpasses mere opinion. I hope to change the world, even if it is solely through making a small difference in one person's life. I use my art as a way to reach people I meet, and those that perhaps I never will. For there is a lesson, just as there is beauty in all that surrounds us- it's simply a matter of perspective. ;-)

Life is rockin'. Today I was randomly granted a month subscription, and I am completely psyched! I've already revamped my page and am planning to use the features as best I can.
Halloween was awesome. Friday night was homecoming, so I got to spend most the day with my love in our devilish attire xD Then we were together again on halloween as we spent the night hanging with friends. I even managed to win a costume contest when I wasn't technically in contest, simply because I was clever haha
School is going well, and I'm planning my classes for next semester. Speaking of my classes... I am currently taking a photography class which focuses on both photography and photoshop editing. So we were in class and I was looking through my flashdrive to find an image to work on in photoshop during our lab time. As my teacher walked by she caught sight of my piece 'Entranced by Frozen Beauty' and was so impressed when I showed her the rest of the series that she decided the series ought to be my montage for my portfolio and my entry into the student art show *squee* I am so excited. That series was only ever meant as a personal project but now I am just so flattered that someone who actually teaches photoshop was impressed with my work! The stock providers have been so supportive too. My teacher and I also discussed allowing me to skip the prerequisite class to take her digital imaging advanced photoshop class ^_^
I am just so happy that everything is working out so greatly.
Also, my lovely friend =Emerald-Depths gave me the most delightful idea! Basically, post a question you would like to have me answer and I will collectively answer them in a new journal :-)
Now, off to work on new pieces and features for you all to enjoy :-D
