-Lock and Key-

I really like this And it is clear alot of thought went into it. Here is what I thought:
My heart is heavy with unwept tears
My mind is plagued by foolish fears

these first to lines rhymed but the rest didn't it threw me and It would have been nice if you could have ether continued with the rhyme or reworded it so it doesn't rhyme.

I don't know where to turn
I'm looking for a safe place to run

Your looking for a place to turn to or run to? both are really good but maybe adding a line in between to tie them together more?

but there's nowhere in sight
The world is spinning around me
Everything is a blur
Is this what I get for trusting again?

This is really good I love it, you could go into what or who they trusted but it isn't a must

I'll keep my heart under lock and key
They'll never know what they cannot see

this is pure magic absolutely perfect

Even as I fall apart again…

why are you falling apart?

So I'll keep my heart under lock and key

is the "so" needed?

Never again feeling this pain that fills me
My heart is safest when it belongs to only me

Needed?

maybe tie this one in to the one above?

I really like this part, but the last line bugs me.
